Also known as MIA and historically Wilcox Field, is the primary airport serving the Miami area, United States. The airport is in an unincorporated area in Miami-Dade County, Florida, eight miles (13 km) northwest of Downtown Miami, in metropolitan Miami, between the cities of Miami, Hialeah, Doral, Miami Springs, the village of Virginia Gardens, and the unincorporated Fontainebleau neighborhood. It is South Florida's main airport for long-haul international flights. Miami International is also one of only eight U.S. airports to accommodate the Airbus A380 jumbo jet.

There are two U.S. Immigrations and Customs areas:
South Terminal J - Exit at level 3
North Terminal D - Exit at level 1
International Arrivals at Customs “D” - North Terminal
After exiting U.S. Customs, you will be on 1st level of the North Terminal D. Your chauffeur will be holding a name sign and waiting for your directly outside the door at the waiting lobby.
International Arrivals at Customs “J” - South Terminal
After exiting U.S. Customs, passengers will be on 3rd level of the South Terminal J. Your chauffeur will be holding a name sign and waiting for your directly outside the door at the waiting lobby.

When arriving on a domestic flight or from Canada or the Bahamas, you will need to walk down your concourse to the main terminal. You will be on 2nd level and must take the elevator or escalator to 1st level to baggage claim. Your chauffeur will be holding a name sign and waiting at the baggage carousel assigned to your flight.
