By accessing or using our website, services, or software (collectively referred to as the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Please review carefully. Airport Pickups


  • Domestic Flights: Chauffeurs will meet passengers at the baggage claim carousel.
  • International Flights: Chauffeurs will meet passengers directly outside of customs.
  • Assistance: If you do not see your chauffeur, please call or text (305) 515-5466 for immediate assistance.




FBO (Private Aviation) Pickups


  • Chauffeurs will meet passengers on the tarmac unless restricted by the FBO.
  • If tarmac access is not permitted, chauffeurs will meet passengers in the lobby.




Hourly Reservations


  • Minimums: Sedans & SUVs require a 3-hour minimum.
  • Additional Time: Charged in 30-minute increments if the trip exceeds the minimum.




Seaport Pickups


  • Passengers must call the chauffeur upon exiting the cruise ship with their location.
  • The chauffeur will be directed to meet them accordingly.




Wait Time Policy


Grace periods are included in your rate. Additional wait time will be billed at $1.50 per minute.


  • Airport – International: 60 minutes from flight arrival
  • Airport – Domestic: 40 minutes from flight arrival
  • Seaports: 60 minutes from scheduled pickup
  • FBO: 30 minutes from scheduled pickup
  • Hotels, Homes, Businesses, Landmarks, Other: 15 minutes from scheduled pickup




Additional Stops (Point-to-Point Service)


  • Additional mileage will be billed at the applicable rate, plus an initial fee of $20 for Sedans, $25 for SUVs, and $35 for Vans (covering the first 30 minutes). Beyond this, charges will apply at $1.50 per minute.




Rates & Pricing


  • Rates may vary depending on time of day, day of week, and holidays.
  • Final charges are calculated at ride completion and may include parking, and other fees.




No-Show Policy


  • Reservations will be billed in full, including any additional fees.




Cancellation Policy


  • Sedans, SUVs, Vans: Cancel at least 2 hours prior to scheduled pickup.
  • Hourly Services: Cancel at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup.
  • Late cancellations will be billed in full.




Passenger Conduct


  • Strictly Prohibited: Smoking, illegal drug use, and alcohol consumption.
  • Violations will result in immediate termination of the trip with no refund.




Pets


  • It is required that you notify us during your reservation if you plan to bring a pet with you. While we have a deep appreciation for animals, we also prioritize the well-being of our drivers and other passengers. It is important for us to be informed in advance as some individuals may have allergies to animal dander. If you fail to notify us, the driver has the right to reject the ride.




Credit / Debit Card Policy


  • The physical card used for the reservation might be requested at pickup for EMV authorization.
  • 515 MIAMI reserves the right to place an authorization hold (in excess of estimated charges) within 36 hours of pickup.
  • Funds may be temporarily unavailable during this process.
  • A different payment method may be used at ride completion. If so, the original authorization will be released (note: your bank may take time to reflect this reversal).




Other Charges


  • Cleaning Fee: $250 or more if excessive cleaning is required.
  • Damage Fee: Passengers/bookers are fully responsible for repair costs.




Personal Property


  • 515 MIAMI is not liable for lost, damaged, or forgotten items in vehicles. If found, items will be returned at the owner’s expense.




Child Seat Disclaimer


  • 515 MIAMI assumes no responsibility for injuries or damages related to child seats.
  • Passengers are solely responsible for proper installation.
  • Chauffeurs are not authorized or certified to install child seats. Please refer to the manufacturer’s manual for instructions.
