The Service
A private airport transfer that begins before you land
Airport travel is where ground transportation is judged. A missed pickup at Miami International costs an hour; a driver who never appears at Fort Lauderdale costs a connection. Our airport service is built around removing that risk entirely.
Every arrival is monitored by flight number beginning three hours before your scheduled pickup. If you leave the gate early, your chauffeur is already inside. If weather holds you on the tarmac in Charlotte, your reservation moves with you — no rebooking, no phone calls, no additional charge for the delay itself.
Departures are handled with the same discipline. We confirm the evening before, stage the vehicle fifteen minutes early, and route against live traffic so you reach the terminal with margin rather than minutes. Reserve at least two hours ahead and the rest is coordinated for you.

Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood
The practical gateway for Broward, Las Olas, Hollywood and Sunny Isles — and the standard connection for cruise guests sailing from Port Everglades the same morning.
PBI

Chauffeured transfers to Palm Beach, Jupiter, Wellington and Boca Raton, plus the northbound run from Miami hotels when the seasonal calendar moves up the coast.
FBO
Private aviation terminals

Key West International (EYW) and long-haul runs to Orlando, Tampa and Naples are available whenever the journey begins or ends in South Florida. Compare vehicle capacity on the 515 MIAMI fleet page before you reserve.
The Process
How your arrival and departure are handled
Arrivals
Tracking opens. Three hours before pickup we begin monitoring your flight number and adjust dispatch to the actual wheels-down time.
Chauffeur details sent. Name, mobile contact and vehicle description arrive by text and email before you land.
Meet and greet. Your chauffeur waits inside at your baggage carousel with a name sign, or just beyond customs on international arrivals.
Luggage and departure. Bags are handled to the vehicle and you leave the terminal without queueing for a rideshare lane.
Departures
Pickup confirmed. We reconfirm the evening before with the recommended departure time for your terminal and travel window.
Vehicle staged early. The car arrives ahead of schedule, detailed, climate-set and stocked with water.
Live routing. Causeway closures, port traffic and construction are routed around in real time, not discovered en route.
Curbside assistance. Your chauffeur unloads at the correct terminal door for your airline, then confirms drop-off on your receipt.

What every airport transfer includes
Live flight tracking
Monitoring opens three hours before pickup and recalculates against your real landing time, not the printed schedule.
Complimentary meet and greet
Included on every airport pickup — a uniformed chauffeur inside the terminal with a name sign and luggage assistance.
Built-in grace periods
60 minutes on international arrivals, 40 on domestic, 30 at FBOs — measured from touchdown, already in the quoted rate.
All-inclusive flat rate
Tolls, fuel, gratuity and meet-and-greet are quoted up front. No surge multiplier, no airport fee added at the curb.
Child seats on request
Infant carriers, boosters and forward-facing seats installed and inspected before pickup. Select the configuration when you book.
Licensed, insured, permitted
Miami-Dade permits 61007 and 61126, full commercial insurance, and vehicles inspected and detailed before every reservation.
Vehicle Recommendations
Choosing the right vehicle for the airport
Luggage, not passenger count, is what usually decides an airport vehicle. Use the guidance below, then confirm capacity on the fleet page.
Who It's For
Four travellers we move every day
Business travellers
In on the 7:40, out on the 6:15. Itemised timestamped receipts, phone-masked driver contact, and a corporate account if the trips repeat.
Families on vacation
Car seats fitted before arrival, luggage handled, and a chauffeur waiting at the carousel rather than a rideshare lot two shuttle rides away.
Cruise passengers
MIA or FLL to the Port of Miami and Port Everglades, timed to boarding windows on the way out and to disembarkation on the way back.
Private aviation guests
Planeside coordination with the FBO by tail number, so the vehicle is on the ramp as the door opens and your crew is handled alongside you.

Airport Transfer FAQ
Questions about airport pickups
How does your flight tracking work? +
We track arriving flights only, and monitoring begins three hours before your scheduled pickup time. Dispatch is then driven by your actual landing time rather than the airline's published schedule, so the chauffeur is inside the terminal when you reach baggage claim.
What happens if my flight is delayed? +
Nothing, as long as your flight number stays the same — the reservation moves automatically with the delay. If you are rebooked onto a different flight number, text the new details to (305) 515-5466 and dispatch will reassign the pickup.
How much waiting time is included after landing? +
International arrivals include 60 minutes from touchdown, domestic arrivals 40 minutes, and private aviation terminals 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup. Beyond the grace period, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments.
Where exactly will my chauffeur meet me? +
Inside the terminal at the baggage carousel assigned to your flight on domestic arrivals, and immediately outside the customs exit on international arrivals. At a private terminal, the vehicle meets you planeside or at the FBO lounge, coordinated with the operator.
Can you handle a same-day airport pickup? +
Yes, provided the reservation is placed at least two hours before pickup. 515 MIAMI is a pre-arranged service rather than an on-demand app, which is precisely why the vehicle is confirmed and waiting rather than dispatched when you land.
Do you serve cruise terminals from the airport? +
Yes. MIA and FLL to the Port of Miami or Port Everglades is one of our most requested airport routes, quoted as a flat rate with 60 minutes of seaport grace time on the return leg.
