Miami International Airport (MIA) sits about eight miles northwest of downtown Miami and is the primary gateway between the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. It handles more than 55 million passengers a year across three terminals, and it is one of the busiest airports in the country for international arrivals, which is why customs timing matters for every pickup we schedule.

All arrivals exit on Level 1. The North, Central and South terminals connect airside and landside, so your chauffeur is positioned at the concourse your airline actually uses rather than a single shared curb.

Where does my chauffeur meet me at Miami International Airport? Domestic arrivals: baggage claim on Level 1 with a name sign. International arrivals: just outside customs in Concourse D, E, F or J. Prefer the curb? Say so when booking and we meet you at the departures-level pickup lane instead.

How long will the driver wait if my flight is delayed? Sixty minutes of complimentary wait after an international landing, thirty after a domestic one — timed from actual wheels-down. Customs queues and a slow bag carousel are already accounted for.

Do you handle private jet and FBO arrivals? Yes — planeside or lobby pickup at MIA general aviation, Opa-locka Executive (OPF) and Fort Lauderdale FBOs, arranged directly with your flight department or handler.

How many passengers fit in the executive Sprinter? Up to 13 passengers, which is why it is the usual pick for families arriving together, flight crews and corporate groups landing at MIA.

Can I book a 3 AM arrival pickup? Yes. Dispatch is staffed around the clock and overnight arrivals are quoted at the same flat rate as daytime pickups.

Where do you drop off after an MIA pickup? Anywhere in South Florida: Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbour, Fort Lauderdale, the Port of Miami and Port Everglades, or straight down to the Keys.
