Book a Miami Car Service by Text: One SMS, Done

The channel that still works when everything else on your phone does not.
Text messaging is the only channel on your phone that still works when everything else does not.
No wifi, one bar of signal, a phone that has been in your pocket since wheels-down, an app you last opened in March and which now wants to update before it will do anything. SMS survives all of it. That is why we kept it, and why it is the channel most of our clients use once they have used us more than once.
Text the way you would text a person
There is no keyword to send first. No "reply BOOK to begin". No menu tree where you press 1 for reservations.
You write what you want, in a sentence, the way you would write to a colleague:
"Need a car Thursday 7am, Brickell to MIA, two of us, two big cases."
That is a complete booking request. We will come back with a vehicle and an all-inclusive quote, and if something is ambiguous we will ask about that one thing rather than sending you a form.
Why this suits people who are already moving
The website chat is excellent when you are sitting at a desk. It is less excellent at 11pm in a terminal with four percent battery.
SMS has properties that matter in exactly those moments. It arrives on the lock screen. It does not need a browser tab that has been quietly discarded by the operating system. It does not require the app to be current. It works on roaming when data does not. And when you reply three hours later from a different country, the thread is still there with the whole conversation in it.
For a returning client, the practical effect is that booking a car becomes a single message sent while walking.
The thread is the record
Everything about the reservation lives in the message thread: the quote, the confirmation, the vehicle, any change you made afterwards.
This is more useful than it sounds. When you are trying to remember whether you asked for the 6am or the 6.30, you scroll up. You are not logging into a portal, and you are not searching an inbox for an automated email with a subject line you cannot recall.
It also means changes are trivial. You do not cancel and rebook to move a pickup by twenty minutes. You text "can we make it 7.20" and that is the whole transaction.
Flight changes, which is the real reason this matters
Airport work is most of what we do, and flights move.
If you are arriving, send the airline and flight number rather than a landing time. The flight is what gets watched, so a delay does not require you to do anything at all — and if the change is significant, the conversation to adjust your pickup happens in the thread you already have open, usually before you have thought to start it.
If you are departing and your schedule shifts, one message moves the car.
Your number stays yours
One detail worth stating plainly, because clients ask.
Booking by text does not hand your mobile number to a chauffeur. When your driver needs to reach you on the day, the call is bridged through the system rather than connected directly. You get the call, they do not get your number, and neither number is left sitting in the other person's phone after the job is done.
How that fits into the wider platform is covered in the 515 MIAMI reservation system guide.
What to put in the first message
You do not have to. But a message containing these gets a firm quote in the reply rather than a question:
- Date and time.
- From and to. Neighbourhood is enough to quote.
- Passengers and bags.
- Airline and flight number if an airport is involved.
- Anything unusual — a stop, a car seat, a pet, oversized luggage.
When to use something else
If you are outside the United States, use WhatsApp. International SMS is unreliable in both directions and occasionally expensive, and there is no reason to fight it when a better channel exists.
If your booking is complicated — a group across several flights, a multi-day corporate programme — start in the website chat, where a longer conversation is easier to have on a full keyboard.
The vehicles
Choose by passenger count first, then check the luggage line.
- Mercedes-Benz S-Class — 2 passengers, 2 bags. The first-class sedan.
- Cadillac Escalade — 6 passengers, 7 bags. The premium SUV.
- Chevrolet Suburban — 6 passengers, 7 bags. The full-size SUV.
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter — 13 passengers, 16 bags. Executive van — one vehicle instead of three.
All late-model, licensed and insured, with a professional chauffeur.
Booking
Text +1 (305) 676-8127 with your date, pickup, passenger count and destination. The website chat and WhatsApp reach the same reservation system on the same number, and all three quote and confirm on the spot.
