Book a Miami Car Service on WhatsApp: Voice Notes Welcome

The default channel for our international and Latin American clients.
For a large share of the people we drive, WhatsApp is not an alternative channel. It is simply how they communicate, and has been for years.
Miami's inbound traffic comes heavily from Latin America and Europe, and a traveller arriving from São Paulo, Bogotá, Madrid or Mexico City is not going to switch to American SMS for one car booking. So we did the sensible thing and met them where they already were.
Why WhatsApp rather than text, for international clients
The case is practical rather than ideological.
It works on roaming without the roaming problem. WhatsApp runs over data or wifi. Land, connect to airport wifi, send a message. No international SMS charges, no carrier deciding your message is not worth delivering, no silent failures in either direction.
It works before you arrive. You can book from home a month out on the same thread you will use at the curb. Your number does not have to be American for any part of it to work.
You can send things, not just type things. A flight confirmation screenshot, a hotel address in Spanish, a photo of the event invitation with the venue on it, a voice note when typing an address in a second language is more trouble than saying it. All of these are faster than transcribing, and all of them arrive attached to the reservation.
Group threads work the way groups actually travel. A family of six or a delegation of twelve is usually already coordinating in a WhatsApp group. Booking the cars in that context, where everyone can see the arrangement, avoids the classic failure where one person books and nobody else knows the plan.
Voice notes are genuinely welcome
This deserves saying explicitly, because people hesitate.
If it is easier to say it than type it — especially an address, especially in Spanish or Portuguese, especially while walking through a terminal with luggage — send a voice note. We would rather have a clear thirty-second description of what you need than a typed message with an autocorrected street name in it.
Same system, same reservation
WhatsApp is not a separate desk. It writes to the same reservation record as the website chat and SMS.
So you can start a booking on WhatsApp from Bogotá, have your assistant confirm a detail by chat from a laptop in Miami, and change the pickup by text on the day, and it remains one booking with one history. The 515 MIAMI reservation system guide covers how that is put together.
What to send
Open with anything — a question, a screenshot, a voice note. For a quote in the first reply, include:
- Date and time, and whether that is a pickup time or a flight time.
- From and to. A hotel name or neighbourhood is enough to quote.
- Passengers and bags. Be generous with the bag count if you are arriving internationally.
- Airline and flight number for an airport pickup — not the landing time.
- Anything unusual — a stop, a car seat, a pet, oversized luggage, a very late arrival.
Arrivals, which is where this earns its keep
An international arrival is the situation this channel handles best.
Send the flight number when you book and the flight is what we watch, so a delay does not require a message from you at 2am local time. When you land and clear customs — which at Miami International is the genuinely unpredictable part — one message on the thread you already have open tells us you are out, and the car moves.
No app to open. No booking reference to find. No phone call in a terminal where you cannot hear anything.
Your number stays yours
Booking on WhatsApp does not hand your number to a chauffeur. When the driver needs to reach you on the day, the call is bridged through the system: you get the call, they do not get your number, and neither number remains on the other person's phone afterwards.
The vehicles
Choose by passenger count first, then check the luggage line — and for an international arrival, check it carefully.
- Mercedes-Benz S-Class — 2 passengers, 2 bags. The first-class sedan.
- Cadillac Escalade — 6 passengers, 7 bags. The premium SUV.
- Chevrolet Suburban — 6 passengers, 7 bags. The full-size SUV.
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter — 13 passengers, 16 bags. Executive van — one vehicle instead of three.
All late-model, licensed and insured, with a professional chauffeur. For a group arriving together, one Sprinter is almost always a better evening than three cars that have to find each other.
Booking
Message +1 (305) 676-8127 on WhatsApp with your date, pickup, passenger count and destination — typed, photographed or spoken. The website chat and SMS reach the same reservation system on the same number, and all three quote and confirm on the spot.
515 MIAMI is an independent chauffeur service operating in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties since 2015. We are not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
