Car Service to Hard Rock Stadium: Game Day Guide for the 2026-27 Season

Sixteen home games, two teams and a playoff semifinal. Hourly service, six-hour minimum — and the gate-time rule that changes depending on who is playing.
Sixteen home games between now and January, across two teams and a College Football Playoff semifinal, all at the same address in Miami Gardens.
This is the page that covers how we run game days at Hard Rock Stadium, what you need to arrange, and the one rule that changes depending on whether you are going to see the Dolphins or the Hurricanes. Every individual game page on this site links back here rather than repeating it.
How we run game days: hourly, six-hour minimum
For all Hard Rock Stadium games we take hourly as-directed bookings only, direct to the stadium, with a six-hour minimum. No drop-only runs.
A one-way drop into a full stadium is easy. Getting out is the problem. When the stadium empties at once, every app in the area surges together, and the designated rideshare pickup is not at the stadium — it is Lot 44 at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, which Hard Rock Stadium describes as an off-site lot a twenty-five to thirty minute walk away, by its own published figures.
Hourly means the car and the chauffeur are yours for the day. You are dropped at the gate, and the same vehicle is waiting when the game ends — not circling, not reassigned, and not twenty-five minutes away. Lunch before, or a stop after, is part of the same booking.
Six hours is the honest floor for a stadium day once you count the approach, pre-game, the game itself, and the exit.
Gate times: the Dolphins and the Hurricanes are different
This catches people out every season, and it is the single most useful thing on this page.
Hard Rock Stadium publishes different gate times depending on which team is playing, and both are set relative to kickoff rather than to a clock time:
- Miami Dolphins games — parking gates open four hours before kickoff; stadium gates open two hours before kickoff.
- University of Miami games — parking gates open five hours before kickoff; stadium gates open ninety minutes before kickoff.
Read that carefully, because the pattern is not what you would guess. The Hurricanes open the lots earlier — five hours — but the stadium later, at ninety minutes. If you are used to Dolphins Sundays and you arrive at a Miami game on the same rhythm, you will be standing outside a closed gate for half an hour.
For concerts, neither rule applies: the venue publishes concert gate times close to the event rather than in advance.
The parking pass — and what it is actually for
This is the part people misread, so it is worth being exact.
You are not parking. Your car is. On an hourly booking the vehicle stays with you for the day, which means it needs somewhere to sit for the hours you are inside the stadium — and that space needs a pass.
So the client purchases the parking pass, and for a booking like this that means parking inside the stadium or as close to it as the venue sells. It is not included in the hourly rate. Passes are sold through Ticketmaster and appear on resale marketplaces including StubHub, SeatGeek and others.
- Buy close in. The whole point of the car waiting is that it is near you when you walk out. A pass for a distant lot defeats the purpose.
- Buy in advance. Hard Rock Stadium states plainly that prepaid parking is required and that day-of parking is not guaranteed.
- Match the pass to the date. Passes are date-specific. With sixteen games on one calendar this is the easiest mistake to make.
- The stadium is cashless — including at the parking gates.
- One vehicle per space is the venue's own rule, which is why a Sprinter or a motor coach needs a conversation before the day rather than on it.
Send us the pass details once you have them and we will make sure the chauffeur is in the right lot, in the right place, before you come out.
If you are booking the Sprinter or the bus, tell us early and call the stadium's Parking Hotline on (305) 943-7275 to confirm what your vehicle needs. Hard Rock does not publish a designated limousine, black car or motor-coach lot, and the one-vehicle-per-space rule is a real constraint for anything large.
The vehicles
Choose by passenger count first, then check the luggage line — on a game day that means coats, bags and whatever comes back from the team store.
- Mercedes S-Class (S580) — 2 passengers, 2 bags. The first-class sedan.
- Cadillac XT6 — 3 passengers, 3 bags. Mid-size SUV.
- Cadillac Escalade — 6 passengers, 7 bags. The premium SUV, and the most-requested vehicle for game days.
- Mercedes Sprinter — 13 passengers, 16 bags. Executive van — one vehicle instead of three.
- Lux Black Bus — 40 passengers, 40 bags. Motor coach, for corporate groups and suite parties.
All late-model, licensed and insured, with a professional chauffeur. The group arrives together and leaves together, which is exactly what falls apart when a dozen people split across ride apps after a one o'clock kickoff.
Stadium rules that catch people out
- Clear bag policy. Clear bags up to 12" x 6" x 12", or a small non-clear bag or fanny pack up to 4.5" x 6.5". Anything larger does not come in.
- No re-entry. Hard Rock operates a no re-entry policy for most events, and names Dolphins and University of Miami football games specifically. Once you are in, you are in.
- Sealed water only — factory-sealed plastic bottles of 20 oz or less.
- Cashless throughout. Parking gates, box office, concessions, retail.
- Leave the extra bag in the car. The quiet advantage of an hourly booking: the boot is your locker, and with no re-entry it is the only one you get.

Booking a game day
Send us the game, your pickup address and the time you want to leave, the number of passengers, any stop before or after, and your parking pass details once you have them.
The website, SMS and WhatsApp all reach the same booking system on +1 (305) 676-8127, and all three quote and confirm on the spot.
One last note: we are an independent chauffeur service, not affiliated with the NFL, the Miami Dolphins, the University of Miami, the Orange Bowl, Ticketmaster or Hard Rock Stadium. We do not sell tickets or parking passes. Every venue rule above is the stadium's own and theirs to change — check anything your day depends on with the venue directly.
